In 2015 Festive Chamber was invited by University of Toronto to stage a fundraising concert “World of Love” on 21st November 2015 in Academic Community Hall of Hong Kong Baptist University for the University of Toronto Foundation Scholarship. The Scholarship aims at encouraging Hong Kong students to further their studies in University of Toronto and assisting students academically and financially.
Songs and Poetry of love was the theme of the fundraising concert. Through Choral Verse-speaking, Solo and Ensemble Singing, Festive Chamber led the audiences into their World of Love, sharing their favorite love poems that are set to beautiful music by great composers in the past and in present as well.
